(Pacific time) on Broadcast Services For The Blind, which is carried on the SAP (Second Audio Program) channel of TV Station KTVU in Oakland (Channel 2 on most cable systems). This means that you can listen to "Shoestring Radio Theatre" on your TV or tape it on your VCR if your video equipment supports SAP (consult your instruction manuals).
